Afternoon Recipe: Enjoy the Delicious Egg Cheese Ball Curry

Almost everyone gets some form of eggs almost every day. Regular consumption of eggs is important for meeting the protein needs of the body.

All bahari padas can be made with eggs. Eggs go well with any vegetable. If you want, you can make a delicious pada with eggs. Cheesy egg ball curry once tasted, its taste will stick in your mouth forever. Here is a simple recipe-


Materials:

1. 6 eggs

2. Chilli paste 1 tsp.

3. Half a teaspoon of pepper powder.

4. Cardamom 2

5. Cinnamon 1 piece.

6. 1 teaspoon of ginger paste.

7. Garlic paste 1 tsp.

8. Cumin paste 1 tsp.

9. 1 bay leaf.

10. Half a teaspoon of turmeric powder.

11. Chilli powder 1 tsp.

12. Cheese (grated) in quantity.

13. Half a cup of chopped onion.

14. Oil 4 tbsp.

15. 5 or 6 whole green chillies.

Method:

- First boil the eggs. Take out the yolk and keep the egg white separately.

- Beat the egg whites well with your hands and then blend them finely in a food processor or blender. It is convenient to knead the pata with hands before kneading it.

- Mix the beaten egg whites with the chili paste, pepper powder and egg yolk with a little salt.

- Wash your hands and make small balls with beaten eggs. When all are made, fry the balls in little oil.

- Fry the balls until half of them are covered with oil. Fry the balls until brown.

- Place the pan in the oven and put four tablespoons of oil in it. When the oil is hot, add half a cup of chopped onion and fry it. Then mix the ingredients from number 4-12 one by one and fry a little.

- After that, add a cup of water. Grind the masala well and add the fried egg balls to it.

- Mix the balls lightly with masala. Cover with a cup of water again.

- When the broth is thick, break the grated cheese and whole chilies on a grater and shake it. After that, remove it from the oven.
