Make Restaurant Style Seekh Kebabs at Home

Everyone likes to eat Seekh Kebab. But in most cases it is seen that these kebabs are bought from shops. Because it is not possible for everyone to organize everything at home.

It's not that much trouble to make Seekh kebabs. If you know the recipe, you can make it at home. Let's know the recipe-

Recipe: Sour Yogurt

What you will need to make:

1. Chicken breast meat - 6 pieces

2. Sour yogurt- 1 cup

3. Barley Chatu- 3 Tablespoons

4. Chilli powder- half teaspoon

5. Garam masala powder- half teaspoon

6. Chilli powder- 1 tsp

7. Kebab Masala- 2 tbsp

8. Onion batter- 2 tsp

9. Ginger-garlic paste - 1 tsp

10. Crushed green chillies- 1 tsp

11. Coriander leaves – a little

12. Salt - to taste

13. Mustard oil- half a cup.

14. Coal- 1 piece (small)

15. Ghee- 1 teaspoon.



How to make:

Wash the meat pieces well and mince them. Now mix the minced meat with sour curd, chhatu, chilli powder, garam masala powder, chilli powder, kebab masala, onion batter, ginger-garlic batter, green chilli flakes, coriander leaves flakes, salt and oil and keep it in the fridge for half an hour.

Recipe: Egg Cheesy Ball Curry

Heat a piece of coal in the oven. Take the mince mixture out of the fridge and place the hot coals in a separate small bowl. Now pour ghee on the coals and cover the pot well. Grease a skewer with oil and take small portions of the meat mixture and wrap it like a kebab on the skewer. Now fry the kebabs well with a little oil in the pan. Now serve hot.
