Drumstick Tandoori Recipe

What you will need to make:

1. Chicken Leg Pieces- 7-8.

2. Sour curd - half a cup.

3. Ginger paste- 1 tbsp.

4. Garlic paste- 1 tsp.

5. two tablespoons of red chili powder.

6. Vinegar- 1 tablespoon.

7. Salt - to taste.

8. Sugar- 1 teaspoon.

9. Mustard oil- 1 cup.



How to make:

Wash the chicken pieces well and marinate them together with sour curd, ginger, garlic, chili powder, paprika powder, vinegar, salt and sugar for 15 minutes. Fry the marinated pieces well in a frypan. Then burn each drumstick in the oven for one minute. Dress up nicely.
