Easy Chinese Vegetable Cooking Recipes

It is good to eat Chinese vegetables with chicken or fried rice. This vegetable can be cooked in a very simple way. But if you don't know the right recipe, it won't be tasty. If you have any arrangement at home, you can cook Chinese vegetables. Let's get to the recipe...


What you will need to make:

1. Chicken meat - one and a half cups

2. Ginger paste - half teaspoon

3. Garlic paste - half teaspoon

4. Sauce- 1 tablespoon

5. Crushed garlic- 2 tsp

6. Chilli powder- 1 tsp

7. Tomato sauce- 2 tsp

8. Green chillies- 4-5

9. Papaya - one and a half cups

10. Carrot- 1 cup

11. Capsicum- 1 cup

12. Cornflower- 2 tsp

13. Chopped onion - 1 cup

14. Salt – in moderation


How to make:

Wash the meat pieces and drain the water. Now boil the chicken meat, salt, red chilli powder, ginger-garlic paste and 4 cups of water in a pot. When cooked, remove the meat from the water. Leave the water. Now cut the chicken into small pieces. Now cut carrot, papaya, capsicum into cubes.

Separately boil the vegetables. Now heat oil in another pan and stir it with onion-garlic, green chillies. Now stir in the chopped meats. Now fry the boiled vegetables for 2-3 minutes. When vegetables are fried, add boiled water. Now shake a little and mix the soy sauce and tomato. After cooking for 3-4 minutes, mix cornflour in water. Then mix salt and pepper powder. Cook for another couple of minutes and remove.
